Returning to Osborne Apartments for a nightcap, you are sure to meet the same friendly faces you know and love as holidaymakers come back to this resort time and time again.

The Osborne is a Regency building located on Hesketh Crescent in Torquay. The Timeshare club has 46 apartments and is a Gold Crown resort. Also in the building houses the Osborne Hotel and the club shares facilities with the hotel including the indoor and outdoor pools, the bar and the restaurant. Apartment 49 is located on the third floor in the center of the crescent and is accessed through the Hotel reception. In addition to the stairs, there is a lift from reception to the third floor. This lift also goes down to the indoor pool and gymnasium. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a large lounge area and a separate dining area as well as a fully fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge with freezing compartment and a dishwasher. The lounge area has 2 large sofas, one of which converts to a double bed. There is third small bedroom which can be used by a single person, however the maximum occupancy is set at 6 persons. This apartment has been refurbished recently and has new carpets and sofas etc. There is a view to the front of the building looking over the front gardens and the sea. Berry Head can be seen on the other side of Torbay. The 1st photograph show the west end of the terrace with the hotel entrance on the left of the picture, the other photographs are of views taken from the lounge windows, The 2nd photo is of Berry head which is at the end of the promontory seen on right and the trees in the foreground are in the Osborne grounds. The 3rd photo is of the outdoor pool area which at this time of year is not available for swimming. There is also an all-weather tennis court. Meadfoot beach is immediately below the hotel. Week 51 is the week before Christmas and the Osborne club fixes this week from 15 to 22 December. This means the changeover day will vary and not always be on a Friday or Saturday which is the case for all the other timeshare weeks except weeks 51 and 52. Week 51 is a red week for timeshare exchanges within RCI.
We have owned this apartment for 30 years and have had some wonderful holidays there. The sale is necessary as we have moved and are no longer able to travel to Torquay.
The annual maintenance charge is currently £542.32 and is paid for this year, and the week is available for Dec 2019.
It may be possible to extend the stay to cover the Christmas week by renting another week from the Osborne club.
