WEEK 35 (APARTMENT F108) It is the largest of the entire Flamingo Club Complex in Tenerife, (with about 123 m2 built + 100m2 terrace). It is located on the beach of Puerto Colón. (Now called Plyº de la Pinta- after the hotel of the same name, relatively close-) . It has 2 rooms. Two bathrooms with Jacuzzi, each. The garden terrace is accessed through the living room door and from each bedroom, with views of the Ocean, (at 270º) the beach and the Colón Marina. The Apartment is built more than 30 m above the beach level. To verify this description, please see the situation in Plan Nº 4. The terrace forms the Southwest corner of the Balustrade of the perimeter enclosure of the Complex; between this and the beach - at its level - is the perimeter promenade of the Playa de las Américas, corresponding to the town of San Eugenio. It is a 4-star complex, with magnificent services with everything you need, and more; to enjoy all the time you are inside or outside the Apartment.The Pool, which has a very large solarium, is on the ground floor at the entrance level, which is the upper part of the building, with splendid views of the Ocean.
