Resort Description

Go back to the very start with timeshare at Orange Lake Resort - West Village. This gorgeous and sprawling resort in Orlando, Florida, is where the entire complex began, and though it is the oldest part, it is still the most sought-after. This is because it really has something for everyone: the West Village Clubhouse offers Swampy's Adventure Club with the beloved Bear Factory; the Water's Edge Beach Club, which boasts a large swimming pool, dive-in movies, and cash bingo for the grown-ups, and the Breezes Restaurant and Bar with activities such as twice-weekly karaoke and the Sunset Celebration six days a week.

There's so much to do with just these facilities that it would be easy to forget the resort's stone's throw location from some of the world's best theme parks. But if you would like to stay on-site, a complimentary shuttle service will take you from one area to another in order to get the most out of everything the resort has to offer. In the evening, head back to your screened-in porch and, if you're lucky, catch a great view of the Disney fireworks. This is a very desirable ground floor apartment. Its ideal for families. Lots of room for everyone. It is 1,275 square feet, very spacious and accommodates up to 8 people no problem. There is a King sized bed in the Master bedroom. 2 Queen sized beds in the second bedroom and a large pull out sofa bed in the living room area, ceiling fans, walk in showers, ceramic tile floors, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, screened porch area, television in both bedrooms and also in living room. The unit has everything you could possibly require on your vacation. Our timeshare is in Kissimmee which is really close to all the Disney and Universal Parks. Our apartment is in the West Village, but if you dont have a car, there is no problem moving around to the other Villages, as there is a brilliant shuttle bus service which runs around the resort approx. every 15 minutes.

There are a number of great golf courses within the resort one of the best which is the Arnold Palmer Legends designed golf course with its fabulous club house. There is a wonderful beach area on the shore of the lake where they have lots of activities, volley ball, jet skiing etc. There is a little shop, coffee bar, cafe, games room all in the vicinity of the Olympic size heated swimming pool which is adjacent to our apartment. There is always lots of activities taking place poolside on a daily basis to keep everyone happy on the days youre not going to the parks.

There is also lots of things to do within 10 minutes of the resort. You have Old Town with its own Mini Theme Park and Live Music Entertainment and a newish addition to the area, is Margaritaville, which has lots of live music entertainment, beautiful restaurants and a lovely outdoor seated area to enjoy the entertainment. When you become an owner at Orange Lake, you will have all this on your doorstep. Not to mention all the wonderful shopping areas which are in abundance. Big plus point with this property is that is approx. 45 minutes drive from MCO Orlando International Airport. Also, there is absolutely no problem getting around everywhere if you dont have transport, as Uber is available everywhere.
