SALOU is located in Catalonia on the Costa Daurada 100 km south of Barcelona, very pleasant climate all year round. Comfortable apartment with air conditioning in the main room in Cannes Carrer Louis Braille building (behind main avenue). Very quiet with many free parking spaces. Residence with swimming pool. East/West exposure sun in the morning on the bedroom side and in the afternoon. Main part side Exchange possible by subscribing to the INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL exchange exchange allowing you to travel throughout the world. Very beautiful beaches 5 minutes walk away and all shops nearby. PortAventura World and Ferrari theme parks, Karting 5 minutes by car.
