The residence, situated in a park of 2780 sqm has 3 buildings with fully equipped flats. We are selling the period 3 (2 weeks in June) in building Amandier, which is on the 5th floor, this being the top floor. The 41.5 sqm flat has an equipped 12.5sqm terrace with views of the the sea and the hills of Roquebrune. It will sleep 8 people and has disability access. There is a double bedroom and a cabin room with 4 bunk beds, a bathroom with separate WC and many closets. The living room is large and fully equipped with Satellite TV and also a sofa bed for 2. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dish washer, an electric hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a fridge, cooking tools and dishes. You can rent linen and towels.
The residence has community facilities with reception, fitness centre, ping pong tables, playground, a launderette. Each flat has its own covered parking space.
There is a swimming pool with solarium and panoramic view. Direct access to the beach is only a 5 minutes walk and only a 15 minute walk to the shops. Alternatively, there is a bus stop just outside the residence.
Le Golfe Bleu is 26 kms away from Nice, situated between Monaco and Italy, on the French Riviera, paradise of gardens and small villages on the hills are Roquebrune Cap Martin Gorbio.
