The advantage of the MTC Plus Club is that the weeks are provided in a "floating mode".
When buying weeks in MTC Plus Club timeshare, you do not get a fixed week at a certain resort, but the opportunity to choose when booking a resort in one direction or another, as well as the dates you want, satisfying the different wishes of your vacation. Club "MTC Plus" - Thai club, the resorts of which are located in different parts of the country (resort area, capital, provinces). Membership in the Club is issued until 2031, in accordance with the legislation of the Kingdom of Thailand.
All exchanges between resorts within the Club are free of charge. Owners of the Club have a unique opportunity to split their week of rest into 3 and 4 days and have a rest twice instead of once for a small surcharge of 50 Euro.
Since the Club is very popular and there are a lot of Club owners, check-in at the Club's resorts is fixed (on Saturdays), which allows unifying the rest for Club owners around the world.
The week of the current year can only be used at the base resort in the current year. In case you do not plan to use the week at the base resort, you can deposit it in the bank of the exchange organization so that you can visit anywhere in the world. To do this, you need to contact the service department and notify the supervising manager of your desire to deposit a week in a certain exchange organization.
To make an exchange, you can either contact the service department to search for exchanges, or directly to the exchange organization by phone or on the website. Please check that the management fee for your weeks has been paid, this is necessary to be able to book holidays and deposit weeks.
