Timeshare for sale. I would like to sell my shares in the Club El Beril complex in Adeje/Fanabe for personal and health reasons. The shares consist of 2 weeks of apartment/living unit from Friday 19th week to Friday 21st week. The apartment consists of; Ground floor: storage room with water heater and washing machine, small shower room with toilet, kitchenette with dining area and living room. In the living area there is a sofa bed with table and a wooden shelf. There is also a larger terrace. The terrace has 1 table and 4 chairs. On the 1st floor there is a large shower room with toilet, 1 large bedroom and a smaller bedroom. From the large bedroom you can access the balcony with a view of the Atlantic. The Atlantic can be reached via a staircase or walking path. You can also quickly get to the promenade with shops. Next to the complex there is a small supermarket for the necessary items and a restaurant next to it.
