A very spacious two bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 6, overlooking the sea on the East Cliff of Bournemouth, within walking distance to the town centre, shops, theatres, restaurants as well as the outstanding gardens and the beach.
Week 47 has the added benefit of the opening of the Christmas Market and the turning on of the Christmas lights.
The views from this 5th floor apartment are spectacular, there are two large bedrooms, both ensuite, plus a large sitting room with sofa bed, separate dining room, kitchen as well as a separate shower room and a private lift.
The facilities of the Carlton Hotel are open to owners. These include an outdoor pool (closed in winter) and an indoor swimming pools, sauna and a gym, a restaurant and bar where owners can get a 20% discount on their food and drinks.
