All fractional members have a dedicated concierge who will book them into any Karma or affiliated properties around the world. With a 2 bedroom apartment every year you are accredited with 442 points on the 1st of January.

With affiliated partners with Kandara you are able to book for only $99 US for 7 days in any of the properties all over the world.

Being a fractional owner entitles you to list up to 4 family members as associates which entitles them to the same benefits including 25% discount off food and beverage at any karma property. Including complimentary return transfers from the airport to any karma property.

In Bali there are 5 karma locations with karma Kandara being the 5 star flag ship one located in Ungasan on “”Billionaires row”” atop the cliff overlooking the ocean.

With being a fractional member you are entitled to 2 for 1 cruises with all the cruise lines , we have utilised this and have had wonderful cruises all over the world

Karma members are also entitled to hire at minimal points various Winnebagos/ camper vans to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Hot deals come up regularly on the karma app where for example, you can book a week in Vietnam for only 7 points a night. These hot deals are for karma properties all over the world .

Karma also hold special events in all the countries their properties are in, for example tickets to the Grand Prix , Tennis Tournaments, lunches and outings and many more which we have used and only require a few points pp.

At Karma Kandara we enjoy the apartment but also can utilise any of the villas , when I take my family we have a 3/4 bedroom private pool villa with an ocean view for minimal points per night.

From the hill tram down to the private beach are numerous restaurants and snorkelling.
