Palace 1 & 2 are two modern residential timeshare complexes located in a panoramic and sunny setting in Sestriere, at the heart of the extensive Via Lattea (Milky Way) ski area. They are just a short distance from each other, and boast comfortable, furnished and fully equipped apartments. There are various apartments to choose from, all offering the benefit of privacy, in addition to a whole host of services, to guarantee you a holiday of comfort, relaxation and fun, in both winter and summer.

Sestriere (at an altitude of 2035 meters or 6676 feet) is the most important tourist center of the Piedmont Alps. A long ski season is assured here between Christmas and Easter, helped by artificial snowmaking equipment if necessary. In fact, this is the capital of a vast ski domain known as the Milky Way, where there are ski trails stretching into France. Sestriere, which is on the World Cup ski circuit, offers cross-country skiing in winter. During July and August, there is an 18-holes golf course and tennis.
