Your deeded fractional ownership at Club Coral View Resort gives you four weeks of relaxing holiday time per year. Only twelve fractions per residence are sold, leaving four weeks of non-occupancy to allow for routine maintenance and flexibility in booking. If, for example, your holiday is for a period of four weeks and two days, we will try to accommodate you for the two extra days, subject to reservation policies. Your only extra cost will be the management fees for your extended two days of residence.
