It has free internet access, local television, radio, and both CD and DVD players.
Each year you will be provided with a full set of accounts as to where all monies were spent, and be given the opportunity to propose items for consideration for future expenditure with only the other owners and you voting with the majority votes being implemented. You are encouraged to visit the property beforehand if you are in Florida.
