This luxuriously appointed, first-floor, apartment is very conveniently located for Signature facilities, i. e. balcony overlooks sea, private pool and bar area but remains secluded. The balcony enjoys almost all-day/evening sun but is equipped with a remote operated sun shade if required. The apartment is also well placed for main site facilities, e. g. approx. 100m from main reception, site shop, taxi-rank and 2 restaurants. There is also an off-site restaurant, featuring seasonal horse displays and flamenco dancing shows, within easy walking distance. The site is well served by a regular internal bus service giving access to several other bars and restaurants. However, as Signature clients, porter transport is always available to/from apartment. The site overall is close to a long beach, beach-front restaurant and other resorts and places of interest, e. g. Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Marbella and the picturesque, must-visit, mountain village of Pueblo Mijas.
