Since joining occidental vacation Club in 2015 I have exceptionally good experiences with them. From efficient private transfers to the resort (included free of charge), priority check in at First Club lounge and on to my allocated studio rooms. On occasion I have been upgraded to a suite and once due to flight delay, arrived in resort a day late. Without any prompting from me, Occidental refunded me the cost of the lost day.

Pre-paid accommodation is available worldwide through Occidental. Barcelo resorts and other affiliated resorts. Several packages in resort are available. All inclusive at up to 50% discounts. Many included leisure activities, water sports, sailing, scuba, tennis etc depending on the resort chosen.

All staff are courteous, professional and extremely helpful.
