The luxurious air conditioned suite sleeps up to six people. The spacious open plan dining/living area includes an entertainment wall which features a mounted, large screen TV and Apple TV box, surround sound system and DVD player. The sumptuous en-suite master bedroom with its king-size bed is dressed in monogrammed Signature sheets/pillowslips, velvet headboard and large screen TV. Silestone quartz work surfaces and big name appliances and adorn the kitchen area.

This is an amazing property with the quality we have come to love from club la costa. The apartment has a large secluded front garden with table seating for 6, gas bbq and large maintained hot tub. It has a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. It has a small terraced area with seating to the rear. Also on the ground floor is a full bathroom and a twin room. Upstairs is the master bedroom fitted with a huge comfortable bed and a second full bathroom. Out onto a private balcony with double sunlounger bed.

The property comes with all bedding and towels and an enhanced welcome pack for each of your holidays. There is the option of upgrades for each week should you want an extra treat. The apartment is located close to all amenities. Its a minute walk from the reception area. There are numerous activities put on by the entertainment team, reps to help book excursions etc and a restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Half and full board options are available.

A short walk from Sunningdale is the bus stop which takes you all around tenerife. In golf del sur (a 5 minute walk) are a multitude of shops and bars. There is also a lovely walk along a newly renovated promenade along the coast.

The airport of Tenerife south is situated a short drive (about 20/30 min) from the resort and a taxi costs approximately 20 euros.

We have been members of club la costa for nearly 20 years and never had a bad holiday. We are selling half of our membership as our children are now grown up and we no longer need school holidays. We will remain members with the fractional points.

This membership is bi annual so every 2 years and the week is ideally situated for families in August. If you wish you can convert the week to points and use to travel to different destinations within the club la costa group. This timeshare has a finish date where the property will be sold. You will then receive your fraction of the sale of the property so could get the cost of the timeshare back upon sale and have the benefit of amazing holidays for the benefit.
