We have been Heritage owners since 2007 and have had some fantastic holidays both at our home resort of Marbesa and also exchanges through the RCI system. The Heritage Matchroom Country Club located beside the Mijas Golf Club (Pictured) is also one of our favourite exchange locations together with visits to The Canary Islands where there are many superb resorts with excellent accommodation. The 2 Bed Floating week has excellent exchange value and is ideal for families with children as the Super Red gives availability to all the school holiday dates throughout the year. Marbesa is an excellent beach location with good on site facilities and within close proximity of Marbella and famous Puerto Banus. It is a perfect base for Golfers with many Championship courses close by and also an ideal spot to explore the Costa Del Sol including the lively resorts of Benalmadena & Fuengirola and also the beautiful Mijas Pueblo. Please note maintenance fees for the current year have been paid and will be included in the sale.
