Resort Description

This wonderful family holiday resort can be found in the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland located in the quaint little town amongst 130 acres of gorgeous highland grounds. Travel and Leisure Group believe the estate offers a wide range of leisure facilities including a heated swimming pool, saunas and gymnasium. The is also an equestrian centre that includes riding lessons and beach rides, aromatherapy treatments, kids club and sightseeing tours around East Neuk so timeshare owners should always have plenty to do.

Kilconquhar Castle at Kilqconquhar Estate and Country Club has two restaurants on offer that are also open to visitors to the estate. The White Cockade, a bistro style restaurant offers meals between 8:30am - 8:45pm offering breakfast, lunch and dinner services with a Scottish theme. The menu also has a children's menu and a continental breakfast on offer. The Lindsay room has a traditional Scottish setting and is open to diners Wednesday evening offering a three course meal. Private bookings are also available.

Timeshare accommodation at Kilqconquhar Estate and Country Club is located around the grounds of the estate ranging from castle suites, villas and historic cottages on the outskirts of the estate. Accommodation comprises of two, three and four bedrooms and have their own unique characteristics. Amenities found in the properties can vary with cottages having their own private garden and the hot tubs available in the three bedroom villas. The accommodation at the estate have a fitted kitchen as standard, minimum of two bathrooms, a lounge and dining area, two televisions, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi.

Villa 85 accommodates up to 8 people. The leisure facilities and restaurant are a 5-minute walk from the unit. The villa will sleep 8 with the use of the double sofa bed in the lounge.

There are 4 steps to entrance front of villa but there is a side entrance which is easy to access.

1 x Twin Bedroom, Sleeping 2
1 Double Sofa Bed in the Lounge, sleeping 2

They make all the beds apart from sofa bed for arrival

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Step in Shower
Bathroom 2: Shower Over the Bath
Bathroom 3: Step in Shower & Separate Bath

They provide one hand towel and one bath towel per person

Kitchen:
Electric Over, 4 Ring Electric Hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge & Freezer, Cooking Utensils, Crockery and Glassware, Dining Table.

Lounge & Dining:
The villa has a large lounge and with views to the estate and has seating for up to 8 guests.

Wi-Fi:
There is wi-fi in the unit that will allow for the connection of 2 devices per unit. Please note the bandwidth is suitable for checking email and web searches but cannot be used for video streaming or gaming.

Pets:
Pets are welcome in the accommodation; but they dont want them on the furniture. Pets should not be left unsupervised in the accommodation.

Heating & Hot Water:
The heating and hot water is electric. The showers run off the hot water tank and the hot water must be left on for the accommodation for the hot water to be replenished.
