We are selling our ownership in this stunning Signature Collection property in Tenerife. This is undoubtedly the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. It is on two levels with an en-suite large master bedroom upstairs which also has its own private balcony with large padded sun lounger. Downstairs there is a second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, high-end fridge freezer, oven, microwave as well as pots, pans, cutlery, glassware etc.

The kitchen overlooks a spacious living area which has a large TV on the wall with a home cinema system. The TV itself has numerous channels available including Sky Sports and is a smart TV so you can watch Netflix etc.

There are sliding doors then which lead out into the garden space which has a large table, BBQ and a hot tub. The hot tub is exclusively for use for this accommodation, it is not shared. There is also an electrically operated awning which covers most of the garden should you wish to stay out of the sun. There is also a small garden area out of the twin bedroom on the other side which has a table and chairs plus two sun loungers.

The usage week for this property means you will have usage in early August. We have just returned and the weather was simply stunning.

You also have full use of the swimming pool as well as a restaurant on site plus a fantastic kids club.

We are sad to be selling up and whoever takes over this property will have years of fantastic holidays.
