We offer for sale a wonderful apartment T-1, with 1 bedroom, accommodating up to 4 people, which is located on the ground floor next to the reception, which is a definite plus for older people and families with children. The apartment has a convenient location with access to the pool and a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. You will have the opportunity to have breakfast or lunch on your own terrace overlooking the ocean. Due to the special location of the building, the terrace is located as if it were not the ground floor, but as if it is on some height from the ground. The apartment is planned in such way that you would not see your neighbors and feel privacy and comfort. The apartment is more like a detached bungalow! On the territory of the club there are 3 swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar and an evening relaxation and entertaining area with a different program every day. We have really enjoyed there a parrot show, performance by artists and musicians, mini disco and much more. There are also many sports and gaming areas for the whole family. The club is located on a slight hill and has views of the ocean from any point. Not far from the club there is an equipped beach and a beautiful promenade. There are also many restaurants and shops near the club, so you won’t have any problems where to eat or what to cook at home. You can buy clothes and beach accessories. The club is located in the south of the island and has excellent transport accessibility to other resorts and cities. A regular bus will take you to any beach and major cities. Not far from the club there is Siam Park and Eagle Park. From the clubs territory you can travel around the entire island and see the sights, you can also go for the walks. Its a quieter place than big cities. In clear weather, you can enjoy the view of the island of La Gomera, and also travel to this island by ferry. From the other side of the club there is a beautiful view of the Teide volcano. Those who have ever visited Callao Garden will definitely return to it again and again. The club allows small pets and you can enjoy your holiday with your favorite pets. The club is good for a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
