The Royal Sea Aquarium Resort has 30 fully renovated Villas (sleeping six) which can be divided into 30 Suites (sleeping four) and 30 Rooms (sleeping two).The resort has two swimming pools, a kids pool, a Jacuzzi, a secluded beach and a restaurant for waterfront dining and sunset cocktails. The Ocean Encounters dive center is just over the bridge and the popular Sea Aquarium beach is within easy walking distance. Island capital Willemstad is just 10 minutes away and it is a 30-minute drive to the airport.

Investing in a timeshare membership at Royal Sea Aquarium Resort is more than just a timeshare. You have the right to use the unit at a specific week, but you also get the residual rights. The Resort will sell in 2050 for the best price available and will return 80% of those proceeds (after deducting costs) to all members. So, you basically become fractional owner!
