We have enjoyed using our weeks at Son Antem over the last 15 years for our main family holiday in Mallorca. It is always like coming home for us, and we always settle into our beautiful apartment within minutes of arriving. There is everything you could need in the apartments which are superbly maintained and any issues are dealt with quickly. Over the years we have used the golf course, tennis courts, the spa and the gym. In summer, we usually stay by the villa pool, often having this to ourselves, as you can see in the photos. My daughters have spent many happy hours at the kids club, also around the spa pool, which is heated during the off season, so very comfortable to use, all year round. Most of the activities are centred around the club house and spa pool, with some new fun activities last year like the pool party (for adults and kids) and the barbecue with live music. Although there are full cooking facilities in the villas, including the excellent brick barbecue in the garden, we have enjoyed many lovely lunches and dinners at the on-site restaurant. Llucmajor is only a five minute drive and you can find a good choice of bars and restaurants around a pretty square. Other benefits of the location are that Palma is only a 20 minute drive away, with the airport even closer. We will be sad to part with these weeks, but our daughters have now left home and we don’t need a large apartment. We are considering a move out of the UK and this might even be to Mallorca, as we love the island so much.
