Heritage Property Scotland are responsible for the management of several unique and characterful properties in and around the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park area. Craggan House is located in Lochearnhead. The property, a turn of the century property once owned by the Local Lord, has been tastefully transformed into two luxury villas.
Rabbits Warren Villa 1 is a luxury ground floor villa located in Lochearnhead and boasts panoramic views of the Loch and mountains. This fractional ownership comprises one double en-suite bedroom and a second spacious bedroom with a separate large family wet room. There is a a sofa bed and the villa comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a large well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with 2 outside sitting areas. There is a raised deck and terrace overlooking large gardens. The property has private off road parking and has disability access.

Villa 1 is a self-contained luxury ground floor apartment situated within Craggan House, Lochearnhead in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. It is dog friendly and has free Wifi. This is not a timeshare, you will be owning a share of the property. We havent been able to use it as much as originally planned, hence our reason for selling.
Loch Earn is popular for fishing and watersports. There are also walking & hiking paths in the area, including a hike to Ben Vorlich if you want a challenge!
It is a peaceful location if you want to relax and get away from it all.
Its approx. 1 hour drive north from Glasgow, 1.5 hrs from Edinburgh, and 50 mins from Stirling. Loch Lomond is also just 1 hour away.
