Our apartment is located on the 6th floor of the hotel accessible from any of the 3 lifts. There is a lovely roof terrace and the apartment is very spacious and has given us top levels of accommodation over many visits. You have those special sea and Mountain Views plus the many facilities within this most elegant hotel. Relax inside the hotel or take a walk along the sea front and stop for a while in one of the tea houses. Or head inland to find the Forum shopping complex and many interesting places to visit and enjoy. Funchal is a pleasure to visit and within walking distance of the hotel or use the yellow buses located outside of the Grand hotel.
