Ground floor, spacious bedroom, with en suite facilities with bath, shower, and sauna. French doors open out from bedroom to decking area overlooking loch. First floor, which is entered from car parking area as the complex is built on a mountainside has a bedroom and bathroom with en suite facilities including a bath and shower. It has a well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher hob oven and grill It is an open plan design with a dining table and comfortable sitting area which also has a pull down double bed in it. The lounge opens onto a conservatory with patio door overlooking the loch and Schiehallion. There is an on site hotel which owners have use of with free use of swimming pool gym and spa. various outdoor pursuits close by eg hill climbing, forest walks bike hire and Golf courses at Pitlochry and Aberfeldy.
