Resort Description

Your deeded fractional ownership at Club Coral View Resort gives you four weeks of relaxing holiday time per year. Only twelve fractions per residence are sold, leaving four weeks of non-occupancy to allow for routine maintenance and flexibility in booking. If, for example, your holiday is for a period of four weeks and two days, we will try to accommodate you for the two extra days, subject to reservation policies. Your only extra cost will be the management fees for your extended two days of residence. Reservations can be made personally by telephone or e-mail or alternatively, as an owner you can use the online booking system on this website, where you can also shop for taxis, car hire, welcome hampers and more. Every effort is made to ensure you have a pleasant and hassle-free holiday experience.

Club Coral View Fractional owners, through affiliation with RCI, the worlds largest holiday exchange company can bank weeks of residence and choose to stay at over 4,000 destinations in over 100 countries from their global portfolio of residences that will always be of the same superior standard or higher.

The spacious comfortable lounge has a flat screen television with satellite reception, it incorporates a stylish dining area and Italian designed kitchen which is fully equipped and accessorised with state of the art appliances. The extremely large fully furnished balconies and terraces are perfect for lounging in the sun or al fresco dining whilst watching the spectacular sunsets. Bedrooms are spacious and relaxing, with all two bedroom residences having two bathrooms that are a sumptuous oasis of calm.

Residences range from one to three bedroom apartments and two bedroom townhouses all with extensive balconies, terraces or gardens. A number of townhouses have private courtyard gardens whilst others have been designed to take advantage of the spectacular views by having the bedrooms on the ground floor with the living space above. Other townhouses and selective top floor apartments have private roof terraces, complete with hot tubs and built in barbeques where you can relax and enjoy dinner, taking in the panoramic views and spectacular sunsets. All residences have private parking and free Wi-Fi is available.
