The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchen area, bar stand and dining table. From the living room there is an access to a terrace with canvas shade. The apartment is situated in a seperate one story cottage at the territory of EL Beril apartment complex with swimming pool. There is a useful and quick access to the public beach Playa del Duque. Several supermarkets and restaurants are available in step distance from EL Beril.
