Owners Description (if available)

In accordance with HERITAGE criteria, the biennial week can be converted into points, giving 900 points every 2 years (even years). In addition, there are 400 CREDIT points added every year.

Depending on the reservation period of the year, the week may cost less than 900 points and any unused points can be carried forward and accumulated with credits on request from Club Héritage.

The 400 CREDITS points can be used each year with an additional charge of €200 per 400 points, but can also be split according to need (€0.5 per point) and can be combined with the points for the week; they can also be carried over upon request if not used.

The accumulation thus allows you to have a one-bedroom apartment in very high season (1000 points or 100 points more from June 15 to October 15 - see attached table)
