Resort Description

This wonderful family holiday resort can be found in the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland located in the quaint little town amongst 130 acres of gorgeous highland grounds. Travel and Leisure Group believe the estate offers a wide range of leisure facilities including a heated swimming pool, saunas and gymnasium. The is also an equestrian centre that includes riding lessons and beach rides, aromatherapy treatments, kids club and sightseeing tours around East Neuk so timeshare owners should always have plenty to do.

Kilconquhar Castle at Kilqconquhar Estate and Country Club has two restaurants on offer that are also open to visitors to the estate. The White Cockade, a bistro style restaurant offers meals between 8:30am - 8:45pm offering breakfast, lunch and dinner services with a Scottish theme. The menu also has a children's menu and a continental breakfast on offer. The Lindsay room has a traditional Scottish setting and is open to diners Wednesday evening offering a three course meal. Private bookings are also available.

Timeshare accommodation at Kilqconquhar Estate and Country Club is located around the grounds of the estate ranging from castle suites, villas and historic cottages on the outskirts of the estate. Accommodation comprises of two, three and four bedrooms and have their own unique characteristics. Amenities found in the properties can vary with cottages having their own private garden and the hot tubs available in the three bedroom villas. The accommodation at the estate have a fitted kitchen as standard, minimum of two bathrooms, a lounge and dining area, two televisions, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi.

Villa 61 is the last villa in the beautiful grounds of Kilconquhar - no cars can come past the villa and the only traffic we see are the horses getting lead past from the fields to the stables.

This is also an ideal location for members who have dogs as you can walk past the villa down the path which can take you out to the main road then cross and make your way around the country lane through the village without going through the whole estate.

We have always been very fortunate with our weather in WK24 - making it a fabulous place to relax and chill out in the evening after various trips to St Andrew’s, Anstruther, and the lovely village of Elie which is only 2 miles away and has a fantastic beach which allows dogs on it.

2023-2024 maintenance fees are already paid.
